Any function can be accessed or blocked from use by USER GROUP. User Groups are maintained within User Maintenance.
Only Users with RIGHT CLICK access set within Parameters are available to view and maintain this option. See Parameter Settings Access and Security
I this instance RIGHT CLICK has been performed on the Customer Maintenance 
icon and the central display is given. This shows by way of the

icons which User Groups are able to access Customer Maintenance. Access can be altered by using the TOGGLE option to give or remove access to each individual group.
