Accessed via Sales Maintenance from the Utilities Menu by two options Post Code or Territory.
Post Code
This option allows the update of Internal Sales people and external Salesmen to all accounts designated by Country or Post Code.
The options available are for a division, by postcode or country, with the option to ignore all accounts classed as Key Accounts.
The internal sales person and the Salesman (if required) can be selected.
On acceptance all customers falling within the parameters set will have the Internal Sales person updated along with the Salesman where required. The number of customer records amended will be displayed.
Territory
The Territory option is exactly as above but rather than entering the first 2 letters of the Post Code you can select the Territory.
