Accessed via Sales Maintenance from the Utilities Menu.
In this option all external sales staff can be set. Once set they are then available to be linked to customers and where subscribed have Sales Note access.
Each external sales person is given a numeric code and against each sales person basic contact details are set as well as their 3 digit initials.
If external sales personnel and internal sales personnel are paired, an internal sales contact can be selected during the addition and revision process.
Some fields and functions are for use with the Sales Note functionality only.
En-Masse Change
The EN MASSE CHG option allows the change of customers between external sales or internal sales persons. So that in the event of staff movements, customer contact changes can be made simply and quickly.
