Accessed from the Utilities Menu

Options found on the Utilities Menu are the source of the majority of the QX and QXLite set-up and maintenance functions.

These functions control the financial accounting periods for the system as well as control of user access and parameter settings.

Access to this area should be secured for approved personnel only.

The QX system has been designed to encompass flexibility from its core, with an array of Parameters at your control allowing you to switch functionality and defaults, to suit your organisational needs. When coupled with the user access and security functionality, the facilities allow QX to be configured to meet many demanding requirements.
