Access from Financial/Nominal Utilities via the Utilities Menu
This mechanism is used to maintain the Exchange Rates for all system currencies while maintaining full view of historic exchange rates.
Transactions are valued at the exchange rate valid at the time of transaction.
Each Currency is listed along with its description, triangulation currency (if applicable), current system exchange rate and the date the exchange rate cam into effect.
ADD - Add a new Exchange Rate to the highlighted currency.
REVISE - Amend the current Exchange Rate.
VIEW HISTORY - View the Exchange Rate history for the highlighted currency.
PRINT HISTORY - Print the Exchange Rate history for all currencies within a specified date range.
