As an organisation we set high standards for ourselves in respect to the delivery and maintenance of QX. Critical to the continued success of QX is our ability to react and adapt to support issues with our clients. It is very common for any IT system to have an ongoing “snagging” list where system updates need to be made.


Probably our most important company SLA is to ensure that our snagging list is continually monitored and acted upon. We were therefore thrilled to have been able to take our entire team on a track day recently to celebrate the fact that there were no outstanding faults or issues with the system.
