Accessed from Access and System Utilities via the Utilities Menu

Standard Debtors and Customer Returns (RMA) letters are set within Openda QX.

This option gives access to those letters for view and revision.

Any text seen within < > should not be changed as these are used to extract relevant information from the customer files.
