Whilst this may sound like we are introducing a new Openda office pet, we are in fact updating one of our most powerful business tools. EEL stands for stands for Error Enhancement Log, a system designed to provide all of our clients with a ticketing portal to document any issues they might be experiencing with our QX system.
The developments to our system will enable us to gather vital information when an error occurs and enable us to better resolve any issues encountered by our clients.
Over the past 6-months we have been developing and enhancing the EEL system and will shortly be selecting a specific user group for the evaluation of this new solution. Upon completion it will then be rolled out to our entire client base.
